Tinctures, exliers, and glycerites can be taken by dropper under the tongue or added to a small amount of water or tea. Suggested use is typically listed on the label, but you’re welcome to reach out for guidance if you're unsure.

We typically ship within 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier. During holidays or high-volume times, slight delays may occur.

If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock or still in the works, I’ll reach out directly to let you know. You’ll have the option to wait until it’s ready, or choose a store credit or refund—whichever works best for you. 💛
